About

Actions for Jira Service Management lets customers edit service requests directly on the Customer Portal with custom Edit forms. It implements ITIL best practices with Jira Service Management, making the work much easier for your team and customers.

The app allows you to choose which fields customers can edit in the forms, mark fields as required or read-only, and control editing permissions at desired workflow transitions. Moreover, it informs your agents about the request editing history through internal comments. The app is fully compatible with Jira 10 dark mode.
