Can I send notifications to customers with the Actions app?
Although the Actions app doesn’t support the standard Jira Service Management notifications, it is possible to send notifications to customers with the use of a workaround.
You can add Automation rules for sending email notifications to customers if Actions is configured for standard transition which results in changing status. By configuring the Status changed trigger and the Send email action, you can decide who should receive your custom email message after the transition is performed.
