Active Directory Attributes Sync allows Jira administrators to display and manage user AD attributes from an LDAP directory all across Jira. You can obtain more information about users from your LDAP server and display them in custom fields in Issue View in Jira Software and Request Details View in Jira Service Management. This ensures up-to-date data across Jira projects without needing manual data entry.

- connect Jira with your Microsoft Active Directory server to easily populate user attributes from Active Directory to Jira, keeping the data accurate without manual updates.
- search issues by user’s AD attributes with a dedicated JQL function, improving data filtering and search functionality.
