Active Directory Attributes Sync app provides additional condition named Only User From AD. This condition allows only user selected from Active Directory to execute a transition.

Warning
Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
Adding condition
Steps
To add the Only User From AD condition:
Select the workflow you’d like to update and click Edit.
Go to the Diagram view and click on the chosen transition.
Select Conditions from the right-hand side menu.
Click Add condition.
Select Deviniti [Active Directory Attributes Sync] - Only User From AD condition.
Click Add.
Select a User.
Decide if you’d like to disable this condition when the selected user doesn’t exist in AD.
Click Add.

Result
The Only User From AD condition is added to the selected workflow.

Edit parameters for the condition.
Click Update. Active Directory Attributes Sync for Jira - Display AD attributes in Jira issues: Updating the Only User From AD condition
Result
The Only User From AD condition is updated.
Removing condition
Steps
To remove the Only User From AD condition:
Go to Workflow > Conditions.

Result
The Only User From AD condition is removed.
