Learn how to add the Electronic Signature custom field to Jira

Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
To start configuring Electronic Signature you need to add its dedicated custom field to Jira.
Steps
To create the Electronic Signature custom field:
- Open to Jira global settings.
- Select Custom fields in the Fields section.
- Click Add custom field.
- Select Deviniti [Electronic Signature] - Custom Field in the Advanced section.
- Click Next.
- In the Configure ‘Deviniti [Electronic Signature] - Custom Field’ Field dialog box, configure the following:
- Name: Type in a name for this field.
- Description: Provide a field description (optional).
- Click Create.
- Associate the Electronic Signature custom field with proper screens.
Result
The Electronic Signature custom field is added to Jira.
