Signatures on the issue view
Learn where to find a summary of all given signatures
Electronic Signature adds a dedicated Signatures tab to the Activity section on the issue view. There, you can view all signatures given to that particular issue and check many of its details such as:
- full name of the approver, their user key, and their avatar
- date and time of the sign off
- name of the Electronic Signature custom field
- issue status before the signature was given
- issue status after the signature was given
- links to PDF snapshots
Note
- By default, every time a signature is given a new row in Signatures section is added, but you can choose to display only the latest record.
- You can display the number of required and given signatures in the panel to the right. Learn how in the Configuration chapter.
