Bundled Fields Overview
Learn about custom fields used for combining and organizing information.
The Bundled Fields feature allows you to bundle all information into one custom field, which is then displayed as an additional form.
The Bundled Fields feature supports the following types of custom fields:
- checkboxes
- text fields (single and multi-line)
- select list (single choice)
- date picker
- date time picker
- time picker
- user picker (single user)
Note
- Remember to add the field to the issue screen and to the request type.
- To check your settings, go to: Project Settings > Request Types > Edit fields > Add a field.
Warning
On the Customer Portal the anonymous Jira Service Management users won’t see the fields configured as Bundled Fields together with their subfields. When Bundled Fields or their subfields are configured as required in a request form, such users need to log in or sign up to submit the request form.
