This page provides information on the overview section which is included in Extension for Jira Service Desk app.
Configuration Overview allows to check all configuration which is set up but without any edit options. It stores settings from nine places:
- Project General Settings
- Dynamic Forms
- Request Types Visibility
- Fields Visibility
- Customer Portals Visibility
- Options Visibility
- Requirements Visibility
- SLAs Visibility
To see this section, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
To find configuration viewer:
- Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons.
- Select Configuration Overview from the menu in the Extension for Jira Service Desk section.
