Dynamic Forms
This page provides information on configuring Dynamic Forms.
A Dynamic Forms feature allows to create conditions which field should be displayed after selecting the option in the previous field. For example, the Priority field has two options: High and Medium. If you select High, the Reason field will show up. If you select Medium, the Due date field will show up.
Note
This feature works only on the Customer Portal. To create Dynamic Forms in Jira, use Dynamic Forms for Jira app.
There are two types of Dynamic Forms configuration:
- Global configuration: it relates to all service projects.
- Project configuration: it is dedicated to one service project.
Note
This option is not dedicated for creating long forms due to being limited to the third level. To create specific forms, see Multilevel Structure feature.
