This page provides information on configuring Dynamic Forms.
A Dynamic Forms feature allows to create conditions which field should be displayed after selecting an option in the previous field. For example, the Priority field has two options: High and Medium. If you select High, the Reason field will show up. If you select Medium, the Due date field will show up.
There are two types of Dynamic Forms configuration:
- Global configuration: it relates to all service desk projects.
- Project configuration: it is dedicated for one project.
