Learn how to export selected requests to the DOC file.
You can allow customers to export their requests to the DOC files by adding the Export icon so that it’s displayed in Request Details View.
The request displayed on the Customer Portal is exported to the DOC file and saved on your computer.
If you export a request to the DOC file, it presents all comments (not only shared with customers but even internal comments added to the issue view).
