Fields requirements
Jira applications let you manage fields on the Customer Portal. You can decide which of them will be required or optional.
To improve the quality of your work with required fields on the Customer Portal we’ve created two additional features:
- Remove optional: Allows to select fields for which the ‘Optional’ label won’t be displayed in certain service projects.
- Required fields: Allows to choose which fields in certain request types will be required for selected groups.
