Configuration
This page provides basic information on creating a multilevel structure.
The Multilevel structure feature is deprecated and no longer supported. It’s unavailable for the users of Extension for Jira Service Management version 6.10.0 and higher.
With the release of Jira Service Management 10.0 the Multilevel structure feature will be removed and using the functionalities related to this feature won’t be possible to all users.
A Multilevel structure is available in global settings, that means it is not visible under the Project Administration. To create a structure, firstly add appropriate custom fields to Jira. Afterwards, the structure must be built in the configuration section.
To read step-by-step procedures about these actions, read chapters listed below:
- Creating custom fields: Describes first configuration steps of needed custom fields.
- Building a multilevel structure: Describes process of creating a structure.
- Configuring a multilevel structure: Describes configuration of multilevel structure.
