Configure a multilevel structure

Starting from version 6.10.0 this feature is deprecated. If you’ve never used it, you won’t see it in the global settings. However, if you already have a Multilevel Structure configured on your Jira instance, it will remain unchanged.

Warning

Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

Steps

To set configuration:

  1. Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons.
  2. Select Multilevel structure from the menu in the Extension for Jira Service Management section.
  3. Click Settings.

    Settings for Multilevel Structure screen is displayed.
  4. For each depth set color value and font size.
    Select the Bold option if you want to make the text bold.
  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Preview to see how the structure looks like.

Result

Settings for multilevel structure are customized.

Warning

Settings are global, and therefore all changes will be made in all multilevel structures in Jira.
