General: Use app to add new features, such as export issue, show assignee on the Customer Portal, or add IP address. This app also provides post functions connected with SLAs.

Dynamic forms: Create forms on the Customer Portal which will be dynamically changed. Custom fields can be hidden or displayed depending on the previous selection.

Visibility: Manage permissions on the Customer Portal in the following cases: request types, fields, Customer Portal, options, requirements, and SLAs visibility.

SLA: Manage metrics displayed on the Customer Portal. It is also possible to restrict some metrics to selected groups.

Multilevel structure: Create a multilevel structure which is used on the Customer Portal. The structure is based on checkboxes and radio buttons, but it can be also embedded text field.
