This section provides information on displaying additional information on the Request Details View on the Customer Portal, such as an assignee, SLAs, and more.

This section provides information about useful functions to improve your work on the Customer Portal:
  • Show Assignee: Allows to show assignee in the request.
  • Show Attachments: Allows to show attachments panel in the request.
  • Show issue date: Allows to show issue dates in selected request types.
  • Show SLAs: Allows to set a condition for SLA that it will be visible only for selected groups.
  • Issue Links: Allows to present issues linked to the current issues.
