Fields visibility
This section provides information on displaying additional information on the Request Details View on the Customer Portal, such as an assignee, SLAs, and more.
- Show Assignee: Allows to show assignee in the request.
- Show Attachments: Allows to show attachments panel in the request.
- Show issue date: Allows to show issue dates in selected request types.
- Show SLAs: Allows to set a condition for SLA that it will be visible only for selected groups.
- Issue Links: Allows to present issues linked to the current issues.
