Additional custom fields
Extension for Jira Service Management app offers three additional custom fields which you can add to request form on the Customer Portal.
This section provides information about three custom fields provided by the app:
- **Deviniti [Extension] - Request Participants**: Allows to add request participants to the request types on the Customer Portal.
- **Deviniti [Extension] - Organizations**: Allows to add organizations to the request types on the Customer Portal.
- **Deviniti [Extension] - Rich Text**: Allows to add text and edit its formatting, style, and size on the Customer Portal. In addition, you can create lists and embed links, quotes, or code snippets.
Warning
With the release of Jira Service Management 10.0 the fields marked as deprecated will be removed:
- Customer Request Type
- Organizations
- Request Participants
That’s why using the functionalities related to the mentioned fields won’t be possible to all users.
