Request Types visibility
This section provides information on how to define for whom the selected request types should be visible on the Customer Portal.
Steps
To set configuration:
- Choose Projects at the top of the screen.
- Choose the service project you want to configure.
- From service project sidebar select Project settings > Visibility in the Extension for Jira Service Management section.
- Go to the Request Types section.
- Click Add.
- Configure the following:
- Request type: Select the request type(s) on the Customer Portal.
- Groups: Pick group(s) for which selected request type(s) will be visible.
NoteTo add a new group, go to Jira Administration > User management > Groups, enter a name of the group and click Add.
- Click Save.
Result
The request type for selected groups is added to the list.
Note
Options for editing or deleting configuration are at the right of the table. Click the pencil icon to edit selected parameter or the trash icon to remove selected request type.
