Show issue dates
Learn about displaying issue dates in Request Details View.
The Show issue dates functionality enables you to display the date and time details concerning selected requests in Request Details View on the Customer Portal.
Configuring Show issue dates
To set the feature configuration and display issue dates in Request Details View, follow the below steps.
Steps
- Choose Projects from the main navigation bar.
- Select the service project you want to configure.
- From the service project sidebar, select Project settings > General in the Extension for Jira Service Management section.
- Go to the Show issue dates section and select request types for which dates should be displayed.
On the Customer Portal the selected request types present date and time determining when your request has been:
- Created
- Updated
- Resolved
Result
Changes are saved automatically and your configuration is set.
Using Show issue dates
When the Show issue dates functionality is configured, the Request Details View on the Customer Portal presents the Dates panel with the Created, Updated, and Resolved details concerning date and time for the request types selected in configuration.
