Version 5.3 (1 Mar, 2018)

1. The following improvements have been made:
   • NEW feature: Issue Links which allows to display issue links on Customer Portal.
   • NEW feature: Bundled Fields which allows to bundle all information into one custom field.
   • The Show Assignee feature has been extended to work only in selected statuses.
   • The support centre has been added.
   • Compatibility with Jira 7.8 has been added.
2. The following bugs have been fixed:
   • Post function Update SLA to date didn’t take into account a Sample 9-5 calendar.
   • Problem with Multiple URL aliases which causes issues with plugins features.
   • Problem with NoSuchMethodError exception.
   • Problem with customer portal visibility.

Version 5.2 (26 Jan, 2018)

1. The new features have been added:
   • Show attachments on the Customer Portal.
   • Configuration of Dynamic Forms: possibility of select all request types.
2. The following bugs have been fixed:
   • Post function “Update SLA to date” didn’t work on the “Create” transition.
   • The problem with settings of visibility after migration.
   • Fields Visibility: Field didn’t show on the Customer Portal after setting value for this field by service agent.

1. Compatibility with Jira 7.6 has been added.
2. The following bugs have been fixed:
   • Problem with loading of General tab in Internet Explorer browser.
   • Problem with Customer Request Type Field.
   • Problem with multilevel structure inside second stage
   • Wrong incrementation of ID during Update SLA.
   • Error while parsing JSON object in FieldSecurityUtils.

Version 5.0 (13 Sep, 2017 )

1. Dynamic Forms

   • Configuration has been moved under Project Administration.
   • Project and request type context.
   • Priority and Components can be used as Dynamic Select.
   • Additional Jira fields can be hidden by Dynamic Forms: Affects Version/s, Attachment, Component/s, Description, Due date, Environment, Labels, Priority.

2. Visibility

   • Visibility configuration has been moved under Project Administration.
   • New feature Field Visibility has been added: field in a request type can be restricted to be visible only to certain groups. Supported fields: Affected version/s, Attachments, Component/s, Description, Due date, Environment, Labels, Priority, and all custom fields.
   • New feature Options Visibility has been added: some options in select list can be restricted to certain groups. It works with Dynamic Forms. Supported field types: Priority, Components, Single Select, Multi Select, and Cascading Select.
   • New feature Required Fields has been added: a field can be set to Required only for selected groups.
   • Feature Hide fields from create view will be deprecated as it is substituted by Field Security.

3. SLA

   • Configuration has been moved under Project Administration.
   • Project context for technical user.

4. Links

   • Configuration has been moved under Project Administration.

5. Other improvements

   • Show Assignee and Export Request features have been moved under Project Administration. They have Project context.
