Manage permissions on Customer Portal
This page provides information on managing permissions using Extension for Jira Service Desk app.
Extension for Jira Service Desk app provides a special Visibility tab which allows to be more flexible in managing permissions on Customer Portal. This tab is available under Project management and divided for six sections. These sections are described more detailed in the relevant chapters.
Warning
Settings connected with SLA security provide restrictions for defined groups in Jira, not on Customer Portal.
