Can users add new labels?

Yes, just click a tick beside User can add new labels in the Space configuration section to allow users adding new labels.

Is it possible to share labels dictionaries with other spaces?

Obviously, to make dictionary global, click a tick beside Global dictionary in the Labels dictionaries section.

Can I copy selected labels dictionaries from other spaces?

If you want to copy labels dictionaries from another space, click Copy at the right of the table, select a space and click Copy.

You can also move labels dictionaries to other spaces. Similarly, click Move at the right of the table, select a space and click Move.

Why can’t I enter a label to replace labels?

Remember, labels which you want to select must exist in the space.
