My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk app is available on Server hosting. It provides additional fields and custom fields to requests view from the Customer Portal.
From now on, customers can extend the view of requests, using fields such as reference, requester, participants, organizations, type, priority, assignee, SLA, date (Created, Updated, Due Date, Resolved) and so on. Chosen fields displays on a screen as columns with listed issues. Customers can order them by dragging and then dropping each field in line.
My Requests app allows to filter issues by specific Service Desks, Organizations, Request types and Statuses.
