My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk

My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk app is available on Server hosting. It provides additional fields and custom fields to requests view from the Customer Portal.

From now on, customers can extend the view of requests, using fields such as Reference, Requester, Participants, Organizations, Type, Priority, Assignee, date (Created, Updated, Due Date, Resolved), Date Picker, Date Time Picker, Fix Version/s, Affects Version/s, Component/s, Number Field, SLA, Resolution. Chosen fields displays on a screen as columns with listed requests. Customers can order them by dragging and then dropping each field in line.

My Requests app allows to filter issues by specific Service Desks, Organizations, Request types and Statuses.

To start using My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk, go to your Customer Channel > Requests and select Extended my requests.
