My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk app is available on Server hosting. It provides additional fields and custom fields to requests view from the Customer Portal.
Chosen fields are displayed on a screen as columns with listed requests. Customers can order them by dragging and then dropping each field in line. Our app allows to filter issues by specific Service Desks, Organizations, Request types and Statuses.
