Export
You can set the exact number requests that each customer can export at a time, to a single CSV file which can be later processed in MS Excel or other spreadsheet software. In order to do so, access the Export page first.
Steps
- From the top navigation bar, choose Jira Administration > Manage apps.
- On the left sidebar, scroll down to My Requests Extension and select General Configuration.
- Click on the Export tab.
- Set the number from 0 to 1000 and click set as shown below.
Note
The maximum number of exports a single customer can perform is 1000, while 0 disables the exporting option entirely.
