Columns

Learn how to adjust columns visible on the list with requests.

Columns presented on the app’s Requests page allow you to determine what information is included in the list with requests. For improved usability of the table with requests, you can add or remove columns or change their order.

To learn about adjusting Columns, read the steps below.

Steps

  1. Click on the Columns bar.

  2. Type field’s name or select it from the drop-down list. The selected field is added automatically as a column.

Bear in mind that by adding or removing Columns you can use only the fields (system or custom) that are predefined in the app configuration by your Jira administrator.

To remove the field set as column, use the Cross icon.

Result

Columns are configured.

Tip
  • To reorder the added columns, use drag and drop.
  • To sort the columns content, click the header with the particular column’s name in the table with requests.
  • If you want to change the number of requests displayed on your page, go to View and select the desired number. You can choose between 10, 25, 50 or 100.
