Improvements:

Banner informing the administrator that Password Policy works only for Jira directory users and does not work for users from an external directory.
Feedback message for the administrator when configuring the Lock user after date setting.

Bugs:

A Confluence Admin account can be locked when a group other than confluence-administrators is set as Confluence administrators.
Missing input field for the Lock user after date setting, making it impossible to configure.
Mail notifications are not being sent.
A user with the Administrator permission cannot enable the Expire password policy setting and there is no feedback.
A user can create new password identical to the previous password.
Users from an external directory, such as AD, can be locked by Password Policy after entering an incorrect password too many times.
