The Notifications feature can be enabled for up to 10 queues.
The Notifications feature highlights new issues added to the queue in a selected color, reducing the risk of overlooking any of them. Administrators can configure the highlight color and choose to highlight all new issues or only selected ones. The feature has to be enabled and configured separately for each queue.
This chapter covers the following sections to help you configure Notifications:
If the Notifications feature is enabled for a specific queue, individual users can turn it on or off to personalize their experience. The user guide’s Managing Notifications chapter provides more information.
Each queue has a default issue limit of 1000. When the limit is reached, the Notifications feature may not work correctly. However, admins can change this limit by modifying the relevant property. You can read more about that in the Atlassian documentation.
