This chapter provides information on configuring personal preferences to customize the view of your queues.
Using Personal preferences lets you customize the view of your queues by turning the available features on or off. While all the features are turned on by default or set globally by an admin, you can adjust them according to your needs, overriding any default or admin configurations.

The changes you make in the Personal preferences affect only you and all your queues in the app.
To set the Personal preferences:
The Personal preferences dialog appears.
The view of your queues is personalized.
