This page provides information on importing queues from another Jira Service Desk projects.
Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
To import queues, you must be a user with the global permissions named Jira Service Desk agent access.
To import queues:
- Click on the three dots button on the top panel.
- Select Import queues.
The Import Service Desk Queues dialog is displayed.
- Select Jira Service Desk projects from which you want to import queues.
- Select queue(s).
TipIf you want to import all available queues from project, click Select all.
- Click Import.
Selected queues are imported. They are visible on the list.
