This page provides information on actions which are available for all users. They can change queues visibility and sort issues in columns.
Queues for Jira Service Management app allows to hide unnecessary queues. This is a view only for logged users. Queues are not refreshed, so there’s less risk that your Jira will crash or slow down due to a lot of queues refreshing at the same time.
To hide a queue:
- Select the queue you want to hide.
- Click the Hide icon on the left side.
Selected queue is hidden.
To sort issues in columns, click on column header.
- It can be useful especially in case of sorting issues by SLAs.
- SLA metrics are visible only for users with the global permissions Jira Service agent access.
