RTM Process

Requirements and Test Management for Jira app can be used by Administrators, Analysts, Testers and Managers. Each function or organization has own workflow and process, so using a common tool may be problematic.

To support these varied processes, we recommend the following systematics:

  1. Create and manage Requirements. Cover your Requirements with existing Test Cases or create new ones
  2. Create Test Cases and match them with Requirements. Link existing Test Cases with Requirements
  3. Organize Test Cases to Test Plan
  4. Execute Test Plans with its Test Cases
  5. Report Defects that appeared during testing process
  6. Track testing results using reports (Traceability, Coverage, Test Execution, Test Case Execution) and send them to Dashboards.

Organized procedure provides more harmony, flexibility and control to your organization. Thanks to RTM app, it’s easier to adapt to various processes among departments.
