TestFLO [Dynamic Table] - Dynamic Table Field
The TestFLO [Dynamic Table] - Dynamic Table field was used to display the Steps field on the Test Case and Test Case Template. In TestFLO 5.1, we replaced it with a new field type called TestFLO Steps. The change consisted of the migration of data and all components related to this field.
Although we changed the purpose of the field, you can still use it, for example, as a to-do list or a field where you can type the steps to reproduce an error.
You must bear in mind that some options are deprecated and inactive.
You can configure this field using the following options:
Configuration
After adding a field to the appropriate Issue and Screen, you must configure at least one column to use the field. To add a column click Edit Configuration and enter the name and set the column width. Click Save to confirm changes.
Status column
This option is deprecated. Adding a status column is no longer supported.
Disallow inline edit
If the option is set to ON, the field edition is available only after clicking the Edit button in Issue. If it is set to OFF, you can edit the field both in the Issue view and after clicking the Edit button.
Disallow to group rows
If the option is set to ON, you cannot add groups to the field. If it is set to OFF, you can add groups as you like.
Disable status animation
This option was directly related to the status column which is no longer supported.
Show as panel
This option is deprecated. Displaying the field as a panel is no longer supported. The option must be set to OFF, otherwise, you will not see the field on the Issue View.
Blocked at TC statuses
Although the option name refers to a Test Case, it is no longer directly related to this issue type. This option allows you to select the status for which the field will be blocked for editing in the Issue view. Depending on which issue type you configure the field, you have to select the appropriate status that corresponds to its workflow. To select a status, click on the appropriate name and click Save. If you want to select more statuses use the Ctrl key while selecting the status names.
