Export to HTML
Export to HTML allows you to export test issues to HTML file. Export is available in the test issues and in the Issue Navigator. You can decide which fields will be exported. Each of the test issues has its own export settings in the TestFLO Settings:
Export to HTML in the issue view
You can export the Test Plan and Test Case directly on the issue view. The export is available in the Test information panel in the Exports section.
Steps
To export tests on the issue view:
- Go to the test issue view (Test Plan or Test Case).
- Find the Exports section in the Test information panel.
- Click the HTML option.
- Open or save the file.
Result
The file has been exported.

Export to HTML in the Issue Navigator view
To export more than one test issue you can use the exporter on the Issue Navigator page. In this view, you can export all types of test issues: Test Case Templates, Test Cases, and Test Plans.
Export to HTML in Issue Navigator has a fixed limit of up to 1000 issues. Before using the export, narrow the results with a filter. If the export limit is exceeded the file will be truncated to 1000 issues with information: This file has been truncated to the export limit of 1000 issues for performance-related reasons. Your original filter returned more results.
Steps
To export tests on the Issue Navigator view:
- Go to the Issues > Search for issues
- Click Export Tests and choose HTML.
- Open or save the file.
Result
The file has been exported.
