As a user of Theme Extension and the Time to SLA app, you can exploit the possibilities of your Customer Portal to the greatest by taking advantage of both: custom designs as well as convenient and precise tracking features.
You can display the SLA panel on the themed Request Details View to check a detailed countdown timer related to the most recent updates of the work on your requests.
