Learn how to personalize your request details view
Theme Extension enables you to change the entire layout of the request details view to make it look as intuitive as possible for your customers.
Warning
Request Details View theme works only when a theme is already configured on a service project. For more information, see Introduction.
Steps
Go to Jira Administration > Manage apps.
Click Request Details View under the Theme Extension section.
Use drag and drop to rearrange the sections in a way that suits your workflow best.

Note
The toggle which enables the theme on the Request Details View is on by default. If you don’t want the theme to be applied on the Request Details View, or you see some information from your other apps displayed incorrectly, turn off the toggle at the top of the configuration site.
Configuration is automatically saved each time you make a change.

The layout is rearranged.
