Features
- Portal Descriptions feature which is available under Global configuration: As a Jira Admin, you can add short descriptions to Customer Portals in the Help Center view.
- Categorization feature which is also available under Global configuration: If you’re Jira Admin, you can create categories to group links into four elements: client’s portals, request types groups, single requests, as well as the links to the external websites. Important: Visibility of Popular and Recent categories will reset due to upgrade task. It is an effect that these settings are moved to the Categorization features. Please check your configuration.
