Jira → Trello synchronization

This type of synchronization means that everything is synced from Jira to Trello and not vice-versa. If there are updates on the synced tasks (for example comments or attachments in Trello card), they will not be synced back.

Warning

All issues in Jira which had been created before configuring the integration cannot be synchronized by default. Change it in settings of the connection.

Note

In case of update a Jira issue, a corresponding change is visible in Trello after approximately 1 minute.

Jira fields which can be synchronized with Trello card parameters are listed below:

  • Summary (selected by default and cannot be changed)
  • Description
  • Due date
  • Labels
  • Attachments
  • Comments

Description of a Trello card can be filled with values from the following Jira fields:
  • Issue type
  • Priority
  • Epic name
  • Epic link
  • Reporter
  • Fix version
  • Original estimated duration
  • Sprint

Two options are also available in the configuration:
