Searching
This chapter provides information on searching for queues and issues.
Searching for queue
Admins and users can only search for queues, not groups. Yet, the results will include queues from groups, subgroups, and the Hidden group.
The Queues for JSM app makes it easy to find the queue you need.
Use the search bar in the Queues for JSM panel and type the name of the queue you’re looking for.
Searching for issue
The Queues for JSM app simplifies finding the issue you need.
Use the search bar in the Queue view to find matches in the Issue Key, Summary, or Description.
We accept links and HTML in the Description. However, please note that the search results don’t highlight matches within the Description.
A single-letter search works only in the Summary and Description. For the Issue Key, the search is performed only when you type at least two letters.
If you can’t find the answer you need in our documentation, raise a support request.
Include as much information as possible to help our support team resolve your issue faster.
