This chapter provides information about sorting issues in the Queue view.
Sorting can be useful especially in case of SLA metrics. To do so, make sure you have Jira Service agent access.
The Queues for Jira & JSM app allows you to sort issues in your queue.
To sort issues, click on the column header referring to your preferred sorting criteria. The number of clicks determines the action you perform:
Refreshing the page won’t reset your sorting settings. The only way to do so is the one described above.
If you need more advanced sorting criteria and have the Jira Administrators global permission or the permission to configure queues, go to Edit your queue -> Issues to show, and enter a query in JQL that will filter requests for your queue.
