Get Started
Before you start, we recommend you to read Get Started section. It will help you start a work with Extension for Jira Service Management app in an easy and fast way.
Steps
- Go to Jira Administration > Manage apps.
- Select Get Started from the menu in the Extension for Jira Service Management section.
- Choose the option to explore new features:
- User Synchronization - synchronize organizations and Jira groups (add customers to Jira groups automatically, add Jira groups to organization, create organizations based on Jira groups).
- Dynamic Forms - create forms which will be dynamically changed. Custom fields can be hidden or displayed depending on the previous selection.
- Bundled Fields - bundle all information into one custom field.
