Help us resolve your issue faster
We are always there for you in case of any problems with the app. To help us investigate your issue faster, please generate a support file and either send it to us via email or attach it to your support request.
Steps
To generate a support file:
- Go to Jira Administration > Manage apps.
- Select Configuration from the Conditions Validator app navigation.
- Click Download support file button to get file.
Result
The support file is generated.

The support file doesn’t include any sensitive data.
