Supported fields and third-party app support

Get an overview of the fields and custom fields that are supported in the Issue Templates app.

We’ve gathered all information regarding supported fields and custom fields in the following tables. You can check if the feature you’d like to use will work together with a particular Jira field.

Example

For example, the field Summary is fully supported within our app. Attachments, on the other hand, are available only for Copy from Template and Copy Sub-tasks features. They will not work on the Customer Portal and won’t get copied when using the Autocomplete & Apply template feature.
