Reordering queues
This section provides information on how to reorder queues.
Warning
Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission or make sure you have a permission to configure queues.
Steps
To reorder a queue list:
- Click on the three dots menu on the top Queues for Jira & JSM panel.
- Select Enable reorder.
- Reorder queues using drag and drop.
NoteWhen a queue’s text is strikethrough, it indicates the queue is currently hidden.
You can reorder subgroups of your queues (and queues within them) to create a multi-level list structure. - Click on the three dots menu on the top Queues for Jira & JSM panel.
- Select Disable reorder.
Result
A queue list is reordered.
