This section provides information on how to set the date format in queues columns.
Warning
Before you start, log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.
The Queues for Jira & JSM app allows you to set the date format for date fields in queues columns.
Steps
Open the three dots menu on the top Queues for Jira & JSM panel.
Select Date settings.

A dialog box appears.
Configure date format for target fields or Set it for all fields.
Note
Switch on the Relative time to change the date format to approximate time.
In Preview column, check if dates have desired form.

Click Save.
