Export to PDF
Export to PDF allows you to export test issues to PDF file. You can export the Test Case Template, Test Plan and Test Case directly on the issue view. The export is avaiable in the Test information panel in Exports section.
You can decide which fields will be exported. Each of test issues have own export settings in the TestFLO Settings:
Export to PDF has a limit. You can export up to 1,000 issues. By default, the limit is set to 500, but you can change it in the Global settings.
Steps
To export tests on the issue view:
- Go to the test issue view.
- Find the Exports section in Test information panel.
- Click the PDF option.
- Open or save the file.
Result
The file has been exported.

To export more than one test issue you can use the exporter in the Issue Navigator page. You can also narrow the result using the JQL filtering.
Steps
To export tests on the Issue Navigator view:
- Go to the Issues > Search for issues
- *Optionally. Narrow results using the JQL filtering.
- Click the Export Tests and choose PDF.
- Open or save the file.
Result
The file has been exported.
