Display SLAs
Customize Request Details View by displaying SLA metrics
With Extension for Jira Service Management you can display Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics in Request Details View for selected request types and Jira groups.
Steps
To configure display of SLA metrics:
- Go to Project settings.
- Click Request details extension.
- In the Show SLAs section, configure:
a. Metric by selecting a SLA metric that you want to display.
b. Request types by selecting request types for which the SLA metric should be displayed.
c. Jira groups by selecting Jira groups for which the SLA metric should be visible.
NoteIf you select Apply to all in Jira groups, the selected SLA metric will also be visible to customers. - Click Add.
Result
The selected SLA metric is displayed in Request Details View for the selected request types and is visible to the selected Jira groups.
Note
To remove an SLA metric configuration, click the bin icon.
