Fixes

  • Compatibility with the Theme Extension app: No calendar for custom field date / date time on transition from Actions. There is also a date parsing problem when trying to save changes.

Improvement

  • Add support for the global setting: Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker.

Fix

  • The date is incorrectly set in the Date Time custom field because it does not respect the Jira administration → System → General configuration → Advanced settings.

Fixes

  • Problem with Electronic Signature app: When a user’s password contains a backslash, the Signature custom field does not accept it and displays “Invalid user or password".

  • An automation action “Add organizations” does not share requests on the portal.
  • An automation action “Set Priority to issue” does not trigger an SLA update.
  • Problem with displaying abbreviations of months in the Date Picker depending on the language set.

Fixes

  • The transition cannot be performed when the sub-field from Bundled Field (custom field from Extension for Jira Service Management) has quotes in its name.
  • The Select and Cascading Select fields required on the Actions screen set the default value.

Fixes

  • Validation for Date Picker and Date Time Picker custom field does not work.
  • Problem with displaying custom fields from Insight, Rich Text and Bundled Fields from Extension on the Actions screen after clicking directly from URL.

Improvements

  • When the transition from Actions is opened on the Customer Portal, a new URL is generated. This link can be used to share transition screen with others.
  • The section name on the Request Details View has been changed from “Actions” to “More actions”.

Fixes

  • Placeholders from Insight in the “Filter issue scope” field are not respected on the transition screens.
  • Despite Use default setting, the “None” value is available on the select list.
  • A “Comment on transition” feature adds external comment (It should be internal).
  • Using Actions on the transition results in duplicating values in the Component/s and Fix version/s if they are not unique per project.
  • Problems with correct saving of values from Date/Time pickers custom fields if Default time zone is set in the Customer profile.
  • Compatibility with Theme Extension app: when theming is enabled on the Request Details View, the custom field values are removed after opening transition screen.

  • Support for Insight fields: increase the limit of searching objects to 100 000. Note: It increases time of loading options in the Insight dropdown.

Fixes

  • The Attachments field does not allow to attach files to the request (IE 11).
  • Adding attachment on the transition screen (from Actions) to the request is not stored in the issue history in database.
  • The arrow icon has a different size for two-line action name.
  • Lack of support for Default user time zone: When entering the ticket through the portal and viewing the details after submission, all times are shown using the customer’s selected time zone, however when the customer tries to execute the transition via the add-on, the date/time field is part of the transition and shows in UTC time. That behaviour occurs only if the Default user time zone is changed from “System default” to any other.

  • When Export issue (from Extension for Jira Service Management app) is enabled, Actions panel is duplicated on Request Details View.
  • The comment filled in the transition pop-up is not accessible in post functions.
