Support file
This page provides information on the support file available for the app.
This app has an internal support file. Generate this file before the first contact with Deviniti Support. It can shorten the time needed for the issue investigation.
Steps
To download the support file:
- Go to Jira Administration > Add-ons.
- Select Support from the menu in the app section.
- Click generate support file.
Note
No private data, such as passwords, is included in the backup file.
Result
The support file is downloaded.
Tip
In case of files larger than 20 MB, it is recommended to use Dropbox. Send a request to the Deviniti Support Team to receive the link to a shared folder where you can upload the support file.
