Learn how to translate Dynamic Fields with Extension for Jira Service Management.
With Extension for Jira Service Management you can translate the fields of a specific request type that are displayed dynamically. Adding translation can be done by using the Dynamic Forms configuration page.

As any change in a request type is automatically saved and visible on the Customer Portal, we recommend to keep request forms Hidden from portal while modifying them.
The Dynamic Fields of the selected request type are translated to the desired language. You can check how your translation is displayed on the Customer Portal.
When the descriptions of the fields are longer and have to be collapsed, the Show more… button appears. It is automatically translated to one of the supported languages listed below.
