The Extension app is a complete feature package which also allows you to expand your ITSM customer service with more possibilities by providing support for additional features.
Theme Extension
By using Extension for Jira Service Management together with Theme Extension you can create a unique Customer Portal experience that works with your company’s branding.
The users of your Help Center can raise and display requests including Dynamic Forms and Bundled Fields on the themed Pages with custom and intuitive design.
Below you can see an example of a Page, created via the Theme Extension app, which presents a custom design.
Thanks to the Theme Extension compatibility, your Help Center users can raise and display requests via forms configured in the Extension app and simultaneously enjoy using the themed view of:
- Request Form
- Request View

At the moment it’s not possible to display the Side Panel on the Request Details View together with a theme configured in the Theme Extension app. We’re currently working on supporting this feature and you’ll be able to use it soon.
