At the moment it’s not possible to display the Side Panel on the Request Details View together with a theme configured in the Theme Extension app.
The integration with My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management enables you to display Bundled Fields on the app’s Requests page.
As an administrator, in the configuration view you can enable both Columns and Filtering criteria to be available to the users of the Requests page.
In Fields configuration, Bundled Fields are displayed as a field with the Text field (multi-line) type where its values are displayed as a plain text. Due to the technical limitations, it’s the only way to render this field.
Soon, your Customer Portal users will be able to easily edit their requests including Bundled Fields with the most recent information thanks to the integration with Actions for Jira Service Management.
This compatibility isn’t available yet, but it’s already on our roadmap. You can check release notes and the app’s What’s new to be up to date with the most recent app improvements.
