Learn all the necessary information about Synchronization history section
Synchronization history allows you to search for and filter all synchronization events performed by Issue Sync Pro in the last 30 days.
To open Synchronization history:
Steps
Navigate to Settings > Apps.
Click Synchronization history under the Issue Sync section.
On the Synchronization history it is possible to:
Determine the range of sync dates (date from and date to).
Filter the synchronization events by the action types.
Filter the synchronization events by the issue key of the synchronized issues.

Remember to click Search button to execute searching with selected filters.
You can clear the selected filter, by clicking cross icon next to the chosen filter:
Content of the table
After filtering the events, the following information can be found in the table:
Date - date of the event.
Action type - type of the sync action.
Synchronized issues - issue keys (with hyperlinks) of the synced issues alongside the sync direction.
Synchronization - name of the synchronization
Mapping - name of the mapping
Status - status of the synchronization:
Synchronization status
Three synchronization statuses can be distinguished:
Success - when synchronization took place correctly
Partial success - when synchronization took place, but one of the conditions was not met. You can click Details to find more information
Failed - when the synchronization didn’t take place at all. You can click Details to find more information.
Action types
Below you can find a list of possible synchronization events
Add attachment - when an attachment was added to a synchronized issue
Add comment - when a comment was added to a synchronized issue
Create issue - when an issue was created as a result of synchronization
Delete attachment - when an attachment was removed from a synchronized issue
Delete comment - when a comment was removed from a synchronized issue
Desync comment - when an existing comment was desynchronized (one of the comments from synchronized issues pair was removed, which means that further changes made to particular comment won’t be applied to the comment on partner Jira)
Desync issue - when an existing issue was desynchronized (one of the issues from synchronized issues pair was removed, which means that further changes made to particular issue won’t be applied to the issue on partner Jira)
Sync issue - when an existing issue was paired with another issue, as a result of sync with existing issues operation
Update comment - when a comment was updated (its value was either updated or cleared)
Update fields - when a field included in the mapping was updated (its value was either edited or removed)
Update status - when a status transition included in mapping was executed
